Здраствуйте, очень много читаю ваш форум, все круто и респектно, но... Не могли бы вы мне помочь немного. Ситуация следующая - Установил на своем домашнем компе (ОС Вин ХП, 512 оперы, 3 ГГц проц) сервер апач+пых+мускуль, поставил на него форум для своей сети на движке IPB, все гуд, но стали происходит так называемые полтергейсты ) В общем меня стали волновать два нюанса: 1) Форум работает стабильно, но периодически виснет, я не знаю что конкретно виснет в сервере, будь то Апач или Пых, но факт в том что иной раз захожу сам на форум со своего же компа, да и юзеры жалуются, и нажимаю обновить, и тут ничего не происходит, в эксплорере начинает медленно тянуться синяя полоска, но ничего не происходит, пока апач не рестартанешь нифига не происходит - тупо все висит 2) Ребутиться сам комп, это начало происходить после установки сервера, просто спонтанно берет и отрубается и грузиться снова, это не есть гут, потому что много чего делаю на компе, и иной раз когда не сохранишься где нибудь и произойдет этот неожиданный ребут становиться отнюдь не весело. Уважаемые читатели и администрация проекта, подскажите пожалуста в чем могут быть причины и как их исправить. З.ы. Заранее спасибо!

Ну выходит что так я просто прошу помочь, например этот лог мне ниочем не говорит, особенно загадочная фраза "Превышен таймаут семафора", я пока только на стадии изучения, поэтому можно сказать что я нуб, если вам не трудно выручите пожалуста, а я перерыл все поисковые системы уже, но там ничего толкового нет, поисковик выдает вообще ерунду не относящуюся к теме
Угу это я уже прочитал, вроде бы проблема решалась, форум простоял всю ночь, к утру захожу работает, а обычно лежал уже мертвым, спасибо
На счет пункта 1 (вход со своего компа): Была похожая ситуация. В инете не нашел ничего что бы помогло. Apache был установлен на локальной машине. httpd.conf: servername = локальный ip-шник. apache.ver = 2.x php .ver = 5. С этой же машины и пытался зайти на сайт. Не получалось - в логе появлялась та же ошибка ("Указанное сетевое имя более недоступно" и "Превышен таймаут семафора"). Кроме того браузер выдавал ошибку "Connection Failed The system returned: (110) Connection timed out" и в самом низу :Generated ...бла-бла-бла... by .... (squid/2.5.STABLE12), короче,-я подозреваю, что прокся ругнулась на локальный IP. Помогло следующее : отключил в броузере использование proxy-сервера (В Maxton2 это делается нажатием одной кнопки). Игры со "Свойства обозревателя"-> подключения -> настройка LAN-> "не использовать proxy для адресов начинающихся с ..." результата не дали. Думаю, не смотря на то что этот ответ пишется почти через год после оригинального поста, проблема регулярно у кого-то возникает и т.к. я не нашел вообще никакой инфы думаю мой опыт кому-нибудь пригодится или натолкнёт на своё решение.
