Помогите с настройкой phpMyAdmin

Здравствуйте.

phpMyAdmin у меня стоит на денвере.
Вроде, всё делаю правильно, но для пользователя в первой строке упорно не появляется GRANT.


почему-то, несмотря на то, что я внесла дополнения в конфиг. файл, вышло вот такое предупреждение:
