Помогите в обратной связи

Здравствуйте, есть файл shop_content.php и я не знаю, как подтянуть дополнительные поля в обратной связи. Т.е. при отправки сообщения с сайта в обратной связи нужно в теле письма которое приходит на email подтягивалось не только message_body, но и article.

И нечего нельзя сделать?
nl2br($_POST['message_body']), $_POST['message_body']); если за место message_body вставить article, то подтягивается article. Но как сделать чтобы они оба подтягивались article + message_body

 

Здесь и копался, но ничего не получается.
